Partners are Important
My Place CT Partners are critical to ensuring MyPlaceCT.org continues to deliver well-vetted information and easily accessible resources to help people live with optimal independence, health and well-being.
A variety of people from different organizations can be a My Place CT Partner. They help older adults and people with disabilities understand their options, support them in their decision-making process and connect them to services and supports. Partners form a support network that connects individuals, providers and communities across Connecticut.
Role of a My Place CT Partner
My Place CT Partners act as a launch point for older adults, people living with disabilities, caregivers and other residents to explore MyPlaceCT.org. Partners won’t be expected to take on additional responsibilities. Rather, Partners can rely on MyPlaceCT.org to provide tools, training, resources and support to maximize your time and create greater efficiency with the work you’re already doing.
As a My Place Partner, you and your organization can network, learn and connect with other Partners and benefit from training opportunities for professional development.
